    So you turned the gear lock to lock, then backed it up half the count to center? Or just lined up the marks?

    Go to Sheppards website and review the procedure for setting the poppets. Good troubleshooting steps as well.

    Just lined it up with the Mark. Shouldn’t of done that right ?

    International has auto adjust and manual adjust units but I found they are all AUTO. Fallow the steps on the instructions.

    Sounds like the poppets were not set up properly after the new gearbox was installed.

    You need to reset the poppets and it'll be fine after that.
