New to the forum, but not with this company. Been with this company for a little over 2 years now so I figured I'd throw my .02 in...

Pro's: Great pay, I'm making more money here than anywhere else. It's small and family owned, the owner drove for 20 years. Actually respects what we do and makes sure the drivers get taken care of first and foremost. There's 3 dispatchers in the office and they have all driven over the road and heavy haul before coming to work in the office. When you're in the office you can walk right in and chat with all of the office staff, it's a completely open door policy. And finally, all of the trucks are new Kenworth W900s (just switched over from Petes)

Con's: There's no set policy on getting home, I've been out for two months without them sending me home until I asked to be home. You definitely earn that fat paycheck. Guess it's a catch-22. Also they only have one terminal, yard is in Clarksville IN just off 65. If you get there late at night there's no showers or anything you have to go up to the truckstop in Memphis.

Mind some more details, like PAY, benefits, types of loads, areas you cover and hiring areas...details on the trucks, with only one terminal, what's the policy on breakdowns...and such....
