I believe that Decker is around almost 9 Decades. Whatever that means is essentially they have seen all the Industry had to offer since the end of World War One.
Puppage and CrappieJunkie Thank this. -

I was with Decker for 10 months...I accomplished what i needed to with them and then moved on...I learned a lot while there and paticularly liked the flexible hometime...i usually stayed out 4-6 weeks and took a week off...i outgrew the job and was ready to do something different...worst thing at Decker was miles drpped from 3300-3750/week to 2500, then 1800...at that point i was just waiting out my contract time... looking back, i didnt like their pier diem plan as it was part of your cents per mile...overall not bad learner company

Decker has been good to me so far. Most of the company drivers I talked to said they don't have any plans to go anywhere else. I'm running 2800 miles or more (reefer). The cons I have with this company is driving facing cameras and no pets. Also under powered trucks. But other then that I would give the 8/10.
B.A Loustaunau Thanks this.
