Already assured me they will have their finest people handling this entire matter.

Did some research on their firm. They have an excellent reputation and have been around for years, so that definitely makes me feel better with my decision to go forward with this.

Exactly right. The OP is world class whiner and deserves nothing.
His attorney will take the case on contingency. WalMart will settle out of court for...to them...small money, the lawyers will take 30 to 40 percent, and our hero wjill be left with practically nothing.
Sounds fair to me.

 

And even worse will probably get kicked off the WM dedicated account and told he has been promoted to Dollar store account

 

And then sue DG when the same thing happens again.
