    Correct. We are forbidden to operate pallet jacks, electric or manual. We are only permitted to peel stickers and operate bulkhead doors.

    Law firm told me not to worry as they will take care of everything.

    Already assured me they will have their finest people handling this entire matter.

    Did some research on their firm. They have an excellent reputation and have been around for years, so that definitely makes me feel better with my decision to go forward with this.

    Since 99% of truck drivers shop at Walmart you at least owe us an invite to the party at your mansion.

    Signage in Walmart says you aren't supposed to be using any kind of recording device.

    Exactly right. The OP is world class whiner and deserves nothing.
    His attorney will take the case on contingency. WalMart will settle out of court for...to them...small money, the lawyers will take 30 to 40 percent, and our hero wjill be left with practically nothing.
    Sounds fair to me.
