Cool. Where do you run out of?

 

Columbus, OH. Do you come this far west for OD?

 

We've got a run out to the Go Mart in Lore City, OH right off 70. I'm aiming to get one of those eventually. That's the farthest west our schedule bid drivers go. But I meet Columbus drivers for my current bid. Have been doing so for a few years now. I run the Penna Turnpike westbound. I'm based out of Carlisle, PA - and we have the majority of our runs going in the NE. I stay away from the NE, lol. I go west. It's easy $ on the turnpike. And I put up with the OH drivers

 

How far East do you run?

 

Really just Cleveland and Mentor, OH. We have a terminal in Pittsburgh, but I've never been there. That's our Eastern most terminal. You probably hardly ever see us, huh? In Indy you see as many of our trucks as you guys all night long, but there are probably only a handful of Dayton drivers running the Turnpike toward Toledo.

 

Try tankers. I'm home every night! But........ I had to work the first 6mo as the night guy.

 

@wawtrucker - actually, from Carlisle you wouldn't ever see us where you run, right?

I transferred to Yard Spotter for 18.50 an hour. Home every day and every weekend off.
