    I've completed a few leases with another carrier over the years. A LOT of people talk bad about the lease deals. ( and some are bad). But .... It is a GREAT concept for BOTH parties. ( with the right company and the right deal).

    I will be retiring in less than 2 years. The LAST thing I wanted was to buy or own another truck. Thus lease was the perfect deal for me.

    Yes ! No complaints .... (no big complaints). There is a trailer shortage on some of the drop and hook accounts. Weekend dispatch is under staffed and OVER WHELMED !!!

    But all in all it is good here !

    The same as when I was there years ago, that is the biggest problem they have plus a increase in pay would not be bad

    I don't understand the whole forced dispatch thing ? I have been in trucking for many years. Many of those years with forced dispatch company's. And if I did not want to go I told them I'm not going .... period full stop. Worse thing that ever happened was .... a couple ?'s as to why and I just told them I'm not going there and that was that. Worse punishment ? They just would switch me to another division end of problem. Usually though just nothing , they would pull the load and give me 1 that I would do. What am I missing here ??? Please inform me.
