Nasty Flu Bug Warning..

    I do not know what it is that is going around here so bad, but in the last week there has been a bug going around. It has affected the schools and hospitals... and everyone in this house has now had it.

    It is NASTY! One minute you are fine, and the next, give it up, because you are going DOWN! Vomiting, diarrhea, and fever... then when the diarrhea and vomiting go away, you are left with a massive headache and very dizzy... and then the 3rd or 4th day, it is gone.

    Just be careful if you get it. The dizziness is really bad. I should know, I've been dealing with it all day.

    had the bug this week also, and so did the kids. It is a nasty one, and I hope it doesn't return for sure.

    YEP I do all to well.

    Many times I got the flu shot and still got pretty darn sick. I would hate to see how sick I would have been without it.....:biggrin_2552:

    A friend of mine sent me an email with a bug like that in it. It was a funny one!

    I don't bother with the flu shot myself. I seem to not get sick very often, and if I do, usually it doesn't hit me too hard for more than a day or two. The dang flu bugs seem to change a bit every year anyway!

    Friday morning I woke up at 1 am puking my guts out. needless to say, I got insurance, I am going to the hospital.

    On day 2 right now, I feel pretty good. Course thats 1 IV bag, and 3 shots later.

    i gotta remember to get a flu shot every year.

    Went through this a week ago. At one point it was like the scene in Jaws where they cut the shark open.

    I was expecting to find a license plate in there.
