    Well isn't the legal limit for a CDL is .04 so im guess he was around .2

    5x the legal limit for a cdl holder. Our legal limit is .04. Most states are .08 for regular drivers.

    Reminds me of my last Inspection. DOT opened my spray bottle and smelled it. It had vinegar in it to clean my floor.

    I asked why he smelled it and he said more drivers than you'd think hide liquor in all kinds of containers. While this explains a lot of driver stories it also scares the #### out of me.

    Of course you mean "while operating a CMV." The rest of the time, like when operating a passenger vehicle, it is the same, 0.08, as everyone else.
