Lease-on Incentive (if applicable)
You are currently eligible for a lease-on incentive for this particular Schneider lease opportunity. The details of your lease-on incentive are described below:



Lease-on Incentive Total: $4000.00



• The incentive shall be paid out in the following five separate installments:
First payout to be received 2 weeks following lease date = 20% of incentive total
Second payout to be received 6 weeks following lease date = 20% of incentive total
Third payout to be received 10 weeks following lease date = 20% of incentive total
Fourth payout to be received 14 weeks following lease date = 20% of incentive total
Fifth payout to be received 18 weeks following lease date = 20% of incentive total

• You must meet all general leasing requirements set forth in the Independent Contractor Operating Agreement executed and have accurately represented all personal information during the leasing process.
• You must be leased at time of payout throughout the incentive payout schedule in order to receive that applicable payment.
• You will not be eligible for the lease-on incentive if you had previously been leased with Schneider and you have been gone for less than 6 months from your new lease date.
• Please remember that all incentives are subject to being reported as income.
