Come on, don't start getting nasty. I didn't see where you posted any legal information..
I still don't see it.. Can you provide a link please.
And I've searched the internet high and low and couldn't find where it said it was illegal.. That's why I was hoping you could provide a link since you so strongly feel that it's illegal.

It's becoming obvious this guy has nothing to back up what he's saying. I'm going to unsubscribe so I don't get 40 updates in my e-mail of him claiming to have already posted some sort of fact. If he does come up with something, someone send me a PM--I'd love to see it.
photolurp2, Joetro and Ken Thank this. -
So would I. I'll try to remember to PM if anything actually turns up...

Yep, I'm pretty much done too.. I will continue to try to find more info. If I do I will post it..
-
wow that took long...read it i guess if you keep your gun in a lock box on the trailer it is ok but not in a sleeper!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Now we're right back to where we started the first time that was brought up..
Nowhere does it specically address cmv's. As stated before, I have a permit that has reciprocity in other states. I can carry legally.
Your position has been that it is illegal to carry in a cmv.. You still haven't proved that.
If you can't prove it, that's fine.. Just don't keep saying it's illegal when that law you posted doesn't say so. -
read it you are not allowed to have it in the drivers compartment, that is your sleeper. There is more on the site i will keep looking -
Okay.. I'll say this one last time.. I have a permit to carry a concealed pistol. I can carry it wherever I want. (with a few exceptions, such as a courthouse) That's why it's called a concealed weapon permit..
Okay.. I'll let you have the last word. But i still must discount your position..
