What is the expected pay for 11 months experience

    Most new drivers expect to hit a gold mine by 11 months.

    The trucking company you work for, will expect the work to be free.

    While both are wrong, the real wage will be closer to what the trucking company wants then what the new driver thinks.

    $1000 a week (before taxes) is LOW,VERY LOW.It's like 3 days of work. Part time trucking.

    I know guys making 52 cents a mile running 600 something miles a day doing line haul drop and hook.

    Sounds boring as all hell to me but some people like that.

    You got almost a year under your belt. Aim high and don’t settle for a crappy job.

    Trimac Transportation is a good choice. Even local pay is good there and OTR is even better. I saw one ad a few months ago for a local driver around San Jose that pays $82K.
