Do companies really care about a certificate?

Companies need it for their records not a big deal besides how you going to get reimbursed for your schooling without proof.

@Alaska76 The insurance discount is a consideration for sure. As a new entrant I went with Progressive @ $1mil/$100k with some additional elected coverages and low deductibles and my first year premium is $9055.00. I know some have lower rates but I know some have posted that their first year under new authority was considerably more. My coverage is for interstate with HM, class A.

The Alaska testing is just like in my State. I expect that computer program is pretty much standard.

People ask for it, but the school I went to almost 13 years ago is out of business.
So Even If I Have it, how is it verified?
Being a new driver, you're going to want it. Once you're 5 or so verifiable years in with a good record, no one will care.Last edited: Dec 15, 2017

Lol ok for what reason? Been driving for better then 20 years. Going to a school was not required then and not sure if it is now.WesternPlains and spyder7723 Thank this.
