That's the way I see it. I'm not going to act it up worse than it is. Its life, #### happens. Its a risk we all take every time we put ourselves in a vehicle. As long as my vehicle is fixed and I'm ok, that's the end of it. Karma is real and I'm not about to upset the balance.

Even out in the middle of the forest you are not safe, a tree may decide it is time to lay down right when you walking by, life is a gamble but for trains falling off the track onto the road as you are driving by and you lived, that is a lucky day. But all accidents are preventable period.

Trust me I know this feeling well. Never posted about it but in May my truck and trailer were totaled in KY when I had a soccer mom pull into my left front wheel and I had the choice of killing her and the unknown at that time amount of kids or putting myself in the ditch and possibly killing me and my business. Chose myself. Luckily walked away with just bruises but truck and trailer totaled and load of course. 240k claim. She had no insurance at all. All on me. Took 4 mths 2 Pay out 4 my truck and at that point had 2 let my ins lapse and of course my authority with it. Still trying 2 get back on my feet. Even had a decent amount of cash in the bank but 7 mths into my own authority was still a killer. Sorry 4 the rant but I feel these kinda statements more than most these days

Did authority check truck driver log books records 3 years back? What if 5 minute discrepancy in duty records? Truck shouldn't be in this place in this time so it preventable.

Preventable by the train. Non-preventable by the trucker.

Driver: Here I was, cruising down the interstate when all of a sudden a train fell from the sky and hit me!

Safety: Yeah, sure it did, driver!
