This is a missort, not necessarily a DOT HOS problem.

It is common to need more time to deliver a package around the holidays.

What I do not like is that sometimes the local distribution of UPS tosses the package into a problem rack to be picked up in exactly a one hour customer service frame between 4 and 5 PM on Wedensdays or some other restricted dates of the week.

Im also inclined to agree with Sublime. Boo hoo indeed. It will get there when it gets there. If they wanted it faster they should have ordered Amazon.

I didn't see anything in that story about delays due to hours of service issues, but rather misdirected packages due to understaffed hubs and distribution centers.

Ups knew about this when we all heard about it, it wasn't the reason my packages didn't need arrive on time, the drop shipping place didn't process the items until four days after the orders were placed.

How odd the problem happened immediately AFTER the mandate. Some of you boys are in denial

The problem would've occurred even without the mandate.

Nope, every problem is eld. Literally every problem. My hip hurts, diesel pumps went down, hell even the Canadian cold front moving south is an eld issue. People need a hobby other than to complain

gentleroger, misterG and Blackshack46 Thank this.
