    Walmart takes drivers from the bottom of the barrel now as long as they've been lucky enough to not hit anything. You'd think it'd be easy, but all of these new hires plow into the yellow poles at the stores where there's plenty of room to maneuver a truck. More than enough proof they'll take on any ol' wheel holder.

    They don't want real truck drivers these days. They have adopted the JB Swift system...micro manage the drivers using obc, cameras in the cab, cer's, tracking, computer controlled shifting+throttle control+engine management...basicly, put wheel holders behind the wheel and get a high rate of turnover:(
