That’s exactly right. If restaurants have to pay unreasonable hourly wages... hello automated menu kiosks like at panerra bread. It’s that or close doors.

If you look around. Wages are going up anyways. It's supply and demand. ... I remember 20 years ago. Seeing $15 and hour advertised to flip burgers in West LA...(next to Beverly Hills). They couldn't get anybody otherwise.
Even around here. This backward wages place. Wages are going up for remedial, no skills jobs. Like $12 and hour for cashier at a convenience store. I've seen them offer up towards that at burger joints. Can't get people otherwise.
The forced minimum wage just ruins stuff. Causes inflation. We're gonna see it. We're starting to see it in wages in trucking. Just the start.
