Heck, according to striker, my house should be in the middle of a war zone as I live in a suburb, and not an HOA.
Got 5" of snow Christmas Eve night/Christmas. Wanna know when the plow came by my court? Christmas evening abut 6pm. Oh how horrible I had to wait 12 hours on Christmas!... (Yes, that was sarcasm.) I have 1 garbage company that does recycle every other week with garbage once a week. I have no neighbors with abounded cars. I have a very good road to get home on, etc.... I get to blow the leaves in the street in the fall, and the city comes around to collect.
Oh, and I get to put up a shed and paint my house any color I want. Tell me again why I want a dictator around telling me my lawn is 1/4" too tall?Blackshack46, Dumdriver, spyder7723 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Some of you sure paint with a broad brush.....

Hmm, got 5" of snow the night of Dec. 23rd, the HOA had the sidewalks plowed by 4 am, and the streets were mostly plowed by 8 am. Guess your lucky to live in a City that plows residential streets, in Colorado, most cities don't plow residential streets unless 10" or more falls in one storm, and those are the last streets plowed, typically 3 to 4 days after the snowfall has ended, when the snow has turned to ice. -
