Deep freeze about to hit

I have no doubt what the weather is like in Alaska and you can keep it.

 

Folks have to embrace winter instead of complaining. Dress for it so you never suffer the cold. We have 37 outdoor rinks in the city free to the public. Hard water fishing popular as well if you are not into vigorous activities such as snowboarding/skiing/.

Looks so sunny and beautiful out too bad hat isn't the case.

 

This cold weather doesn't seem to affect lthe Millon's of new yorkers in time square waiting for the ball to drop..They all look so happy.

 

more power to em. I'll stay right here with the heat on lol

 

Actually reason its not affecting them is they have 5 to 7 layers of clothing on.One couple said they were wearing diapers I don't think that's nothing to brag about on national TV.New Orleans isn't hat cold is it?some are dressed for winter..Looks like a lot of fun though bringing in the new year..Somebody in my neighborhood is shooting off fireworks.

 

Didn’t feel up to having a steak for dinner this trip, but I usually hit the Big Texan when I come through Amarillo

 

A few times, I'd walk across from the Amarillo J to the Buffalo Wild Wings but last time it was on a Saturday evening and it smelled like an ash tray as soon as you stepped inside, and you couldn't see the back bar area for all the smoke. I don't go there anymore. I stop at the Pilot and go to the Big Texan if I'm in the mood to "get out".

 

1:30 this morning my furnace at home went on vacation .8:30 finally got a call back.It's all of -11 * near Boston this fine morning and 57* in the house.Not the best way to start off the new year
