My Best Advice Is Keep ALL PROOF Text Between YOU AND THE GRANGER PEOPLE. All logs and all emails and any documents that prove your employment including emails. File a claim with the federal labour board with proof. ALSO MAKE VITRAN AWARE. MAYBE ASK SHELLY to review these treads.
Hopefully he will loose his contracts if enough people speak out.

 

My federal claim has taken 20 wks to be delt with then he admitted and still didn't pay them. Now it's been 6 more weeks soon a government agent will calculate my pay for him and they will put a lein on his bank account for funds... if that fails they put a lein on VITRAN on his behalf to obtain funds from his contract before payment to himself.

I do not as I went through the government route. However somebody here said they did on an early thread and that they got paid within days. I imagine with enough people yelling at the person I charge of his contract with them, it could get his company fired as it makes VITRAN LOOK BAD.
Google VITRAN SURREY call and ask to speak to whoever is in charge of the contracts with trucking firms. I am sure you will get someone in control of his purse strings.
I've even considered on dats off parking across the street withpucket signs on my car and chest and back saying "Granger doesn't pay"

send log pages and story about non payment to this guy and tell him...he will get you cleared up.
Maybe with enough calls we can get Daves contract pulled.
