Your right. While I wish the new guy luck. I worked for prime in 2007. Three months never went home lost a lot of money. At least it was a walk away lease. Just one bad load can screw you for weeks.if you get a choice be a company driver with them.

You not getting what i am saying, keep your advices for yourself i dont need any from anyone. What you will get at Prime is what they will decide to give you that the structure of the company. And i am sharing my experience with you, for you to know, that all that pink colours that you see now at Prime after your office job, will disappear when you will not take a shower for 6 days with your dumb TNT trainer, and when you will complain to Prime they will tell you to zip your mouth( that dispatcher Angela told me straight in my face when i brought issues about my first TNT trainer) that is my experience, read and make notes about great Prime.People like you mislead other drivers wannabe. I was reading also so many good things about Prime, how everyone is happy and at the end you see what my reality found out about Prime. Plus i heard that if i will be rejecting to many loads they will just tell me to turn in the truck back. So, here we go, eat #### and shut up, that the policy at Prime.TheRealPorkChopExpress and Veryblessed Thank this.

I’m confused -is the original poster diving right into a Prime lease, or company driver?
TheRealPorkChopExpress and Dan.S Thank this. -

Well than hit “ignore” on the angry posts from the other dude. Go be a company driver and have less stress. Save his comments for in case you ever think about becoming a Prime Lease Operator. Good luck.

Don't worry..... Those Cats are always confused.

I don’t believe I gave you any advice. Do you still work for Prime? I’ve talked to many company drivers here at Campus Inn and all of them seem happy and content.IluvCATS Thanks this.

Believe me, if I had that attitude with my company, I would be told to return my truck too. Opinions on companies will vary. It depends on your life skills and how you cope. Good luck OP. I’m not a Prime driver, but I’ve never heard a Prime company driver ever rant like that.

When I go to my company’s terminal I meet a lot of drivers I have never seen before. You see all kinds. They run the gamut of being solid calm professionals, to rookies ready to quit that day. If you decide to do this, you need to take what other people say with a grain of salt. They can poison your experience. Good luck.
TheRealPorkChopExpress, Veryblessed, Rollr4872 and 3 others Thank this.
