Interesting question. My guess is with HIPPA law, they would have no way of knowing. Don't ask don't tell? Like with MJ use ever in your life. Why disclose MJ use 20 years ago. I think it's an intelligence and judgement test when they ask that question.

For the record anybody that thinks they can hide behind HIPPA in regard to the FMCSA MANDATED physical to drive Commercial vehicles over 10,001 are in for a bad surprise. It don't matter where or who gives the physical. This FMCSA webpage covers it. Yes there are some fine points about this that are covered by the article. This is right from the FMCSA! If you are taking any medications that might effect your driving or might return a positive on a drug test you are OBLIGATED to inform the examiner.

Regulatory requirements take precedence over the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996. There are potential subtle interpretations that can cause significant problems for the Medical Examiner. What information must or can be turned over to the carrier is a legal issue, and if in doubt, the examiner should obtain a legal opinion. Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulation 391.43 does not address or prohibit the sharing of medical information by Medical Examiners. Health Information Privacy

Be careful my trainer had a student that didn't disclose it and ran out of meds after the physical.... Blacked out behind the wheel trainer managed to grab the wheel and student was conscious enough to hit brakes.

Blood pressure issues can be compounded from sudden elevation changes (going up mountain grades).

So point is follow doctors advice as it can be a more serious issue than some may think.

Youre suppose to say yes if they ask you, but they won’t know, unless you tell them you take the meds.

Mine was high, but surprisingly dropped drastically when i lost only 10 pounds.

I dropped 30 pounds in. 2 Months (1/2 pound a day) by just eating 3 or 4 small 100 calorie bags of starkist tuna salad i got at Walmart, mayo already mixed in.

I did cheat and have 1/2 pound of arbys roast beef (w/o the bread), twice a week.

You’d be surprised how easy it is to get used to that. The tuna suppresses your appetite.

I would imagine the tuna suppresses a lot of things.
