Post-trip inspections are not a company requirement as per Reggie in orientation. I was told that back in August 2016 when I went through orientation.
And because I had read this entire thread up to that point, I had read about the many folks complaining about people not doing post-trip inspections. So I made a point of asking. "Are you SURE post-trip inspections aren't required?" He said he'd double check and tell us after lunch.
After lunch he confirmed. "You do not have to do post-trip inspections, only pre-trip inspections."
So you figure that a year and a half's worth of people (at least) have been sent through orientation since then, twice a week, being told that post-trip inspections are not part of their job and they are neither required nor expected to do them.
Not saying it's bad or good, just that it's apparently the reality.

Just spent 2 hours finally cleaning the recovery I picked up in Florida first time I’ve had a chance in 3 weeks safe to say im never doing a recovery again i guess my payment was the microwave left in this truck certainly not the grime, crumbs and personal trash left for me to clean ,...bill said the truck was immaculate issued to a woman before me ...how someone lived like this in someone elses investment is beyond me ...a true pig
