I don't want to live that long. Once I have to start relying on other people to help me with the most basic functions of everyday life then I know I have nothing left to contribute to the world.

"Metformin has been around for decades and is used by millions of people. There has been exactly one person who lived to 120, and she didn't take Metformin.

    Metformin can kill you.

Metformin can cause a life threatening condition called lactic acidosis.

Metformin can damage the mitochondria, and severely reduce your ability to exercise.

    How does Metformin hurt mitochondria?

By inhibiting complex I of the mitochondrial electron transport chain.

Metformin can also cause: extreme tiredness, weakness, or discomfort; nausea; vomiting; stomach pain; decreased appetite; deep and rapid breathing or shortness of breath; dizziness; lightheadedness; fast or slow heartbeat; flushing of the skin; muscle pain; or feeling cold."

Well sign me the F-up then! Nothing beats taken BS supplements that are known to be harmful just because... I read it on the internet!

How about that religious wack-o who sells people snake-oil but it's nothing more than bleach???

No ####. You ever (tried) to read any of the Pentateuch (first 5 books of the Old Testament)?

    Goes like this:

So and so begot so, live to 958 years, begot so & married to so and so, live 938, 915, 982 years accordingly. Their grandchildren X, Y, Z lived 890, 921, 910 years and they begot children who lived 1002, 986, 930 & 932 years.

    Begot. Begot. Begot. Begot.
937, 1011, 899, 962.... On and on and on and on.....

    I'll be fine with 70.
I've little interest in being an everlasting cog in the economic machine. #### this place..... and most of you people. Lol.

I've done 33....... I can't imagine 30 times that. Surely the wisdom would sink in & perhaps I'd thoroughly understand something. But in my youthful naivety, I'm also confident that I'll never know anything..... after all, I knew everything I need to know at 18, so what more is there? Lmao (/sarcasm)

I an on 38 years of this existence. I hope there is only one more existence. Because I do not hope for reincarnation types of existence. That seems way to much of being in existence. I'm tired, just rambling and making run on sentences.

Well, with the patents expiring on those "Superman" pills, life could be enjoyable at any age. Can ya just see an 80 year old couple with one of those Kama Sutra manuals. LOL They will need to invent some "Superwoman" pills too for the best "quality" of life!

I'm waiting on the pill that will allow me to go back & start over. Recently, my wife seen something on FB or somewhere that posed the question, "Would you rather have a million dollars or go back in time & start over if you had the option?". Without a doubt, I'd go back to my childhood, say 8 years old, & start my life over & do things differently. My wife was floored that I made that choice so quickly & sharply. The only thing that could possibly be better is that I could start over with the knowledge that I have now & move forward from there.
I say about 8 years old because of school. I hated school. I'd first like to get an education, join the Air Force, go to college, then start my career. By the time I get to be 59 again, I'll be smarter, happier & retired.
