want to talk to drivers about roehl

have only gone on-line to greyhound web site.the closest they show on web is mariette wi.think its about 150 mile from marshfield.as far as dealing eith the bus...you know,we does what we has to does...

Couldn't you take the train to Tomah,..and rent a car there???

 

ya'know,if i only had to drive to syracuse i don't think i would mind,but marshfield wi.,is as far as i can find out on maps,is about 1,144 miles or about 19-20 hours of driving.don't care about miles,just the vehicle i'm driving there,(and then back again!!)...excuse me roehl,do you have a flatbed that will give myself and my vehicle a ride home...lol.

 

yea,i thought about that,but my class starts on monday,feb2,my hotel reservation is for sunday feb first,and all the rental companys are closed both saturday and sunday!

 

I cant believe that they wont make arrangements before you get there,....Does Amtrack stop in LaCrosse???,.....I would think someone there would be open on the weekend???

 

Swift had told me NO CARS! Because you take the truck when it's home time! Makes sense to me, maybe other companys policys are all different. If I don't get a job soon I won't have my car, the bank will!

I guess bus in and bus out if you don't cut it and they give someone the boot!

 

I took my 4-wheeler to Marshfield and drove it home for Christmas before I even went out with a trainer... but that is a long way. Chances are you could grab a greyhound to Chicago then one of those Mega-Buses to Madison... not sure about the last 150 miles.

 

At least in Madison, you should be able to find a rental car on Sunday! We don't roll the sidewalks up on the weekend!
