Do not used fleet one!!! unless you want to get ripped off by late fees. I used fleet one for a few years and everything was fine till they decided to bring on a $75 fee on each invoice that goes over the due date. At first everything is fine since you don't have many invoices to pay but once you get into it; it become harder to keep up with payments due to the high volume of invoices. They cut at 3:30 pm CT it does not matter if you pay at 3:31 pm ct, they will hit you with a $75 late fee. Now, if for any reason you are not able to pay it those $75 will generate another $75 dollars on top of those and so on. Couple of days ago I closed my account with them and had to pay them a ton of money. It's crazy how much money these people are making just out of late fees.

What really is pizzing me off is the fact that I have no idea what the cost of fuel is. Mom and Pop shops with no discounts paying cash 2.29 lets me know I am getting fuel for the correct price. Across the street may be a Love's at 2.48 cash and a Pilot at 2.49. Who knows what the price is that people are paying. Now with a discount card of 20 cents off at Love's I come out ahead. But some cards charge so you are not ahead. I think all charges should be illegal. I also think I should be King.

Fleetone One is excellent. Well, unless you miss a payment, then they cut you off quicklynofilter Thanks this. -
Some local distributor kept insisting that they had the best price, after a few month them chasing me down, I sign up, there also associated with CFN. I tried them one time and there price was .40 cents higher than the local major brand(Chevron) I frequent. He told me to wait a few months and he will call me when there in my range. Well, it's been about 5 months and I haven't heard from them. That should say it all.

I don't know who set up your FleetOne account samjward, but I'd like to speak to your sales rep. I was promised .10 per gallon off the cash price at most major truck stops plus a rebate at the end of the month. Instead I was charged $75 set up fee, $6.00 per card per month for each card that was used, I ended up paying pump price and no rebates... Yes this was FleetOne OTR. When I spoke to my sales rep I was told that she didn't know they had stopped that program at the time she set it up with me and would get back with me after she found a program that would work. I have heard from her one time since that conversation, telling me she was may have found a better program. That was a month ago, in the mean time I'm still paying pump prices, and receiving daily invoices instead of weekly. Their invoicing system sucks. Just send one once a week please with one due date. That's another way to get stuck with late fee charges.

Well I was going to get a fuel card but looks like I am going to stick with cash or my debit card after reading these horror stories.
