He’s going to average 700 miles a day, on ELD?

    Is it team?

Ok. And who, pray tell, is offering this? And why in the blue hell are y'all falling for it? Jesus Christ on a shetland pony, y'all must be the most bloody gullible people on Earth.

Yeah, you guys are very VERY dumb regarding trucking at this point. I’m sure you’re not “dumb” overall, just on this subject.

Don’t feel bad though, I’m pretty sure you guys will learn REALLY QUICK!!!

Best of luck to you both. I hope it actual happens.

53 cpm, 2018 truck, 4000 miles per week, willing to bet it's a 2018 white Volvo with a Chicago address on it

Nah, it’s gotta be true- they’re gonna “average” 4,000 miles per week. You know, a 3,600 week followed by 4,900 week. Totally doable for a solo rookie on ELD’s

He isn't a rookie and it's already done. Not so hard to do with drop and hook and dry van with no govern 65 mph speed limit. If he was doing 3500 without those things and he knows how to run his clock he will be fine. He doesn't have to do that many miles he can do 2500 if he wants but he will have the opportunity to do as many as he wants.

And it's no "their gonna average" It's not a big company. It's the opportunity that we were looking for at this stage in the game. Also, how would you know anything about OTR? Have you ever done anything other than Pepsi? That may come off differently than I meant for it too. I am really just asking. I thought you were a long time Pepsi driver and if I recall, you haven't done OTR?

Okay, so if you guys know so much, why is that impossible? He has been doing 600 per day running refer and in a truck governed at 65. This is dry van, drop and hook and no speed governed. Again, he doesn't have to do that much. He can if he wants. To be fair, he is starting at .46 and in 90 goes to .48 and then to .53 at 6 months. It's not 1099 either.

He has one other thing that we are looking at but we both feel like this is the one that we have been looking for. It's a company with only 7 trucks and they literally live right up the street from us.

To do 4000 miles, he would need to average 59.7 miles per hour on his 70 clock. 4000/67 = 59.7.

You also posted he was offered .53 cpm, now it’s .46.

    You’ve lost all credibility.
