I have backed a 57ft before, I gotta say they are much easier to back up than a 30ft..

What does a 40'/45' trailer look like?

I like B-trains. Might be two trailers, but they turn like a dream.

Probably referring to gooseneck flatbeds 4 hotshot. Those are lengths commonly used and required

We pull 45 foot trailers as well as 48, most flatbed product fits just fine on them. 40 foot trailers are common for local delivery gigs, especially the sort with the piggyback forklift. Makes it easier for them to get into some jobsites.

As long as your tandems aren't slid back to China, turns won't be much different, but if they are all the way FORWARD, do watch your tail swing, especially on right turns. There have been times that I had to slide them way back to get into a tight truck stop spot, as the tail swing would have nailed the truck on my eventual right side.
