Anyone have 1st hand knowledge of what is involved with putting your own truck on Prime's fleet under their tags/numbers? Im running a lease truck now under Prime, but Id like to get my own financing outside of Prime and run that truck on Prime's network. Can I do that with out going to the logistics side? If so, does anyone know what their insurance rates are for your own truck?

Yes you can do that. You'll have to govern the truck down to 65 though and have the qc installed. Insurance is going to be the cost of physical damage for your truck. You can get that through PRIME or shop it around for a better price (which I recommend). The cost is based off the value of your truck so no set price to quote you. Talk to Pam at success leasing since she's the one that sets up all the outside trucks that come over.

Any idea what the age requirements are for a truck from outside? Like can I get a 2013 or 14 on with them our does it need to be newer?
