Can also do a "rent to own" or "owner finance" and bypass the banks and mortgage companies.
I've seen a few where I live in Las Vegas that are "owner finance" with $2,000.00 down payment.
There's a website for "rent to own." www.rentown.net
From the website: "Why should you Rent To Own? Renting to own is one of the best ways to get into your own house. A rent to own agreement means you don't need a large deposit to secure a home - your regular rent includes a portion that progressively turns into a downpayment. This means you can skip costly mortgage insurance."
Other than not being home, can I still have a life?

Going to the gym 3 times a week isn't going to happen for sure. I've seen some drivers that carry all their free weights with them and exercise behind their trucks. One good thing is you'll be teaming with GF and as a team you'll be pretty much running a non stop operation till it's time to head to the house. I'd expect to be out as a team minimum of 14 days before time off. Trucking is long irregular hours with not alot of down time esp as a team. Solos get that mandatory 10 break, teams if running would be non stop except for fuel, showers, meals. Good luck.

Armellini Express runs 3 people in the truck as standard operating procedure. One driver posted there were 4 people in the truck on a Florida/Wisconsin run.

lol...dam, that can't be legal. Not sure I'd be in truck like that.

In general I agree. However in regard to the OPs question the point is still valid. If you can't make the adjustments to your work out regimen and must do it in gyms team OTR will never work for the driver. Either make changes or look elsewhere.swaggerjacker Thanks this.
