My Experience with CRST Malone Lease Purchase

A small 10 truck outfit in Michigan. I was reading a post last night about people getting sent home during orientation due to job history or similar things. Anything like that happen while you were there? I'm only asking because if I have to pay for transportation down there and my own room I'm gonna be pretty p.o.ed if they pull something like that...especially after they took 4 days to run my info and contacted all of my previous employers and what not. Of course I only find the horror stories haha.

 

i know one guy had a old onvi on him and they did not see it i guess. who are you going thur?

 

Templin is the lady I spoke with. Pretty friendly. Got me processed quickly. Took a few days for previous employers to get back though. She made it sound like everything is all set though so fingers crossed lol

Olson 1984, are you with crst Malone? How is their freight right now. I drove for them 6 years ago and did good but then I got out of driving for a few. Thinking of going back to Malone or ARS.

yes I am here still and doing fine still a lot of freight. doing go for me

 

Are you running their truck or your own? Do you get a say in what truck you get? Volvo, freightliner, international.

 

All they have is freightshaking cascadias I believe.

 

i have my own truck. the main trucks they have are freightliner. as a big company it's probably the best choice of trucks if you really think about it.
