Trucker Returns From Restroom To Find Rig In Middle Of I-35

that driver in texas should fight the ticket and he will probaly win.

He was cited for failure to apply the hand brake.

All he has to do is go to court and say well your honor the trucks do not have hand brakes they have spring brakes.

I wonder if the driver still has his yob?

 

My hubby was going past there this evening, and he says that place is a real PITA. He was laughing his butt off over this, since no one got hurt.

You would think that they would teach that in like the first 5 minutes after you do all your pre-drive checks

 

Do those barriers weigh so much that a flatbedder couldn't just hook a chain on it and drag it?
