I'm shutdown at the TA on i90 at Fultonville. I made the mistake of thinking that the cook here could actually cook a steak medium... boy was I wrong

    Oxbow and cke Thank this.

That's how I tend to feel about meat cooked medium. I can't understand trying to eat a steak burned to well done or beyond.

I found a five dollar off coupon in the shower. Had salad bar n smothered steak. No complaints!

I even asked the waitress "can we please make sure the cook knows what medium means?" She turns and says "oh he's pretty good about cooking when it comes to steaks!" Do you think she even bothered to offer a discount since it sucked... nope, first ta restaurant that's never discounted my steak when they screw up

Probably better than those steaks on ship. They were swimming in a steel pan filled with water after cooking! Dry as a 50 year old .....

I’d certainly rather have well done than bloody.

If it’s dry, that’s what I have Worchestershire sauce for.
