You tell us. Was it a warning or a ticket?
Either way it counts on both your PSP and the companies CSA scores. -

Here is an idea.
Learn how to use lanes properly. You're going to kill someone. -
Better try Google on that one.
@Mark Kling probably knows the answer or where to find the answer. -
it was only in an under cdl in stright job and it is very circumstantial there was 5 lanes from a merge of 2 highways just didnt get over i wasnt speeding or anything if under cdl under26001 will it still be on my psp

What State? were you driving a CMV? In some States (most all) a written warning is a non admissible non-citation. Now I know I am gonna hear someones sisters, cousins, niece, 2 removed got a warning and wound up on death row. In most states warnings go nowhere they are placed in a file in the Squad room for about 2 or 3 weeks and then filed. HOWEVER look on the warning and see if there is a case number on it, If there is you got a ticket If I knew the State I could decipher it and give you more info. Remember that a ticket (citation) is a legal affidavit and acts as a charging document. Therefore it must have a case number a state statute, and a legible signature on all 5 copies. A warning only has 2 copies and just the state statute and location. Warnings are sent to dispatch in the event the individual is stopped for the same violation within a day or so.
