Why would OP call corporate instead of demanding to speak with the manager before being removed. If the manager knew then it's corporate, but if they didn't that's a fire'n.

 

I am reasonably certain that something as serious as calling local law enforcement was a decision that was made at the highest level at the location, i.e. manager on duty. The shower attendant didn't just pick up her mobile device and call 911. Law enforcement is not going to respond to any old call. Management at the truck stop had to assure them that you posed a threat to the staff and or other customers. Don't forget there are surveillance cameras all over the building, and numerous witnesses.
The customer is not always right.

 

The manager isn't always consulted, but has final say. I'd still want to talk to them.

I drove for 45 years and have been retired for 6 years and have made quite a few phone and e-mail requests to TA corporate offices and have always received a reply. They are like any big business and might have sizes up your complaint and deemed it unnecessary to answer. You might have come off as offensive to the attendant and she reported the incident to management. TA and Petro have been around a long time and will probably be here for many years to come. If not satisfied there then go to another truck stop chain. I'm sure you will find the right one for you even with your 15 posts.

 

The problem is that you're making claims, as many have before you with merely your own word as evidence. All we have to go on is our instinct which has been altered by cynicism.
