Post accident Drug test nightmare

You said in your opening post
My husband was in an accident on December 11th and had to do a post accident drug test. They said his first specimen wasn't up to temp, so they made him do an observed test with a male nurse. While waiting to take his test, he had to take a crap, and the male nurse directed him to the closest restroom at the hospital (so he walked out of his employer's site for 2 minutes). After all was said and done, he was advised his employer would have his test results in 2-3 days if they were negative, and if it was positive he would hear from the MRO in 11 days.
Do you see the problem? You go into the throne, they instruct you not to flush the toilet. You fill up a cup. Walk outside. NP takes the cup, pours it into two vails, seals both with you watching, and has you initial, then flushes the toilet. If your stuff is cold, how long does it take for them to tell you? Ever seen a mood ring change color? Yeah, that quick.

 

Imagine how fun that tester job is!

 

Went to take a dump BEFORE and got fake pee ready for test? Was out of employers sight for 2 minutes? Test was to cold? Did not get a retest immediately? I'm no FBI but - Starting to see a pattern.
