The speed limit IS 70mph! LOL!

I just went to town to gas up the pickup, been plowing snow since yesterday morning... Coming back to the house, I had super trucker in his F-150 behind me, tailgating. I had four wheel drive locked in, running in tire tracks, roads were snow covered except for those tracks. Residential cross streets the entire way with numerous lights, and this guy is pushing me... And I was not about to do the same to the little yellow VW beetle in front of me. Real jerks out here. We were doing 40 - 45 mph. He turned into the little grocery store... Sideways.

The Weather Channel still shows it if you have a DVR.

If you watch, every city has a thing about accidents on dry roads, clear sky. Then throw a little slick in that pack since it seems they all gather together in a pack you have instant chaos,You know if you just select the right music, sit back, relax and give way plenty of room because getting stuck sucks and distracts you from them good tunes, like chopin, bach, or some hill billy music will get you a ways. Just remembered when most roads were 2 lane and all the head ons that happened, So relax, craps going to happen either way.

should really floor it when going off like that, get away from that road in case a major pileup is about to happen, a sitting duck right there, I would be at least out of the car behind a tree up a hill away until the noise settles down.

I quit hauling in USA 25 years ago, it was getting sketchy then, now it’s just plain stupid. Weekly pileups and pandemonium when they get a dusting of snow:cool:
Skills of new truck drivers are down the toilet

back in that time we still had those drivers that were special still but the roads back then being 2 lane weeded out many. We just have a jammed infrastructure with impatient users, watch that first brake light in those packs and it becomes a circus.

Thanks to Michigan and their boneheaded 60 mph truck speed one idiot hitting the ditch becomes a pileup because everybody is trying to get around a passing truck.
