Insurance scams are a problem, in my last run down the 95 towards the GWB in NYC I had a rabbit with 4 people inside try that to me in the rain. I am a company driving with FFE at the time with a virgin 2001 Century and a Dane Reefer 53 that was two years old.

Anyway true to form the rabbit stops dead in front of me after passing on the left and then changing lanes right in the area 5 lanes wide where one set goes to the Throgs Neck Bridge. I used quite a bit of that pavement and kicked in the ABS system and went around that rabbit.

It would not be the first time or last time that kind of action became necessary. It's pretty routine enough to me over the years that it does not bother me much anymore in terms of stress. Just need to be sure not to horse that rig too much to where I cannot get it back. You will be buying new tires for my truck if it is dry pavement.

That can get expensive. But cheap when I did not touch that insurance scammer and then bring down a large millions of lawsuit billing.

That was back in 2001. Today I don't go anywhere without a recording camera.

If you decide to relocate; move to a state with no personal income taxes. On this map, residents of the states in green color don't pay income taxes.

Mississippi high paid CDL jobs? Baloney. It's almost a black hole like FL.

Look on the US map where 2 or more interstate highways intersect. Those are places with many trucking companies.

some LTL companies have a dock to driver program.
LTL, being the local pick up and delivery co. like SAIA, XPO, Old Dominion, Estes, YRC, Midwest Motor Express/Southeast Freight Lines.

I'm curious about the math for this discount. Not as an interest in getting it, but just seeing how it worked. So you spend $1500 on gift cards to get a discount at the pump. How much fuel are you buying that that $1500 (500 gallons of diesel at $3 per gallon) is actually saving you money?

And is the fuel you are buying Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel? Because certain DOT inspectors will dip your tanks to see if you are running anything that isn't highway legal.

All diesel is highway diesel unless it says specifically it's not. At Kroger, it definitely is. The don't sell farm use diesel at Kroger.
