No way I would run a log for that, driver. Enjoy it!
easytopleez33 and 13'trucker Thank this. -
One place I go to sometimes is 98 air miles, but about 135 or so on the ground.
-
Very true. My 3 local belly and end dumps stay out from 5am till 4-5 pm and some days run less than 100miles period. Op needs 2 post more info so we can hold his hand better.

If you run a straight line out from Brockton, Ma ( or any start point) equal to 100 air lies and make a big circle with it, anything inside of that circle is no eld, logbook needed. Doesn't matter how many miles you drive in a day as long as you stay inside of that circle.

Radius Around a Point on a Map
Change miles to 115, and put the location in and hit draw radius.
You'll be surprised I think at how many miles are wasted going around obstacles....13'trucker Thanks this. -
If nothing else, get an ELD to make yourself safer. Your pre-trips will be more thorough, you will find yourself checking your mirrors more often. Grinding against the clutch brake? Not on ELDs, you just instantly become a better driver.
Oh, and the mandatory 30 minute break will change your life. You will be so relaxed you might just slide right out of the truck seat.Ezrider_48501 Thanks this. -
i like that it gives me something else to relive myself on.
