Wrong....the teamsters are a bad idea

Why would i want to work somewhere to support suit wearing folks...evidently you haven't seen...teamster mgt is draining the pension fund like a slush fund...frankly...the unions only protect the lazy & inept workers..

 

I'm just saying that they way Gemini treats their drivers is out of control. And yes the teamsters are bull#$%@ but its the same thing either way..at the very least with the teamsters the drivers would get paid for everything they do and not have their pay and benefits cut without notice..yes that happened..

 

Well..if co's can't treat drivers right, then they'll suffer high cost from it...from what i know about this business...they're are also many folks who want a check but not work for it...

You only deliver to loves locations and when the stores are slow or the refineries arent producing..you don't make money.. you'll work..just not doing anything that they will pay you for. The weekly minimum pay is a joke. 1125 for 5 days and 50 hours. If you make 1125 in 4 days and on the 5th you spend the day going from terminal to terminal lookinh for fuel, in the shop, broke down along side the road..or some other reason outside of your control that you cannot haul fuel..you WILL NOT be paid. There are plenty of current drivers trying to unionize. I hope they are successful

 

You did! Congrats! LoL really crappy company. And the manager in ohio scott is a real piece of work..he lies more than that company does. Say anything to get you in the door. other drivers suspect him of being "in the closet" as well. from what ive heard

 

I do know you're wrong..from what i have seen where i live, loves dels to outside locations as well...fuel that is..

 

most of those loads go on outside common carriers..99% of the work you will do loves is the loves locations. If you disagree..go work for em..let is know how that works out for you
