Not sure what your last sentence is but, no I don’t have an accident to report, or the accident was reported, that’s why he was terminated. If LS knows about it was reported.

This is the problem with having you physical damage insurance though the company. Sure it's convenient, getting the policy paid through your statements. But the company will know if you files a claim too. Better to have your policy through a outside carrier (yes, I know Landstar may have to approve. Went rounds with them on unladen liability once). Something like this happens then, it's between you and your insurer.sealevel and JimFromEarth Thank this.
