When they went on a hiring blitz last year, I was VERY tempted to go with them. Used to contract them in Oil and Gas, amazing trucks and equipment. I made some calls to ppl I used to know who worked there....none of them worked there anymore...that was the first red flag.

I then got this message on FB, from a 10 year employee who recently quit. He seen me posting questions on their recruiting FB page.

"I was an employee for 10.5 years. Management changed multiple times. The recent management in the last 2 years has the attitude " if you don't like it we have a stack of resumes" they're least concern is keeping employees. The turn around is extremely high. It's high for a reason. The pay is decent for industry standards. Don't expect any overtime if you're on the hourly. OT is after 60 hours with Docktor. To sum it up currently the management is horrible and the turn around is extremely high."

"No problem, I was there for over 10 years and when I gave my 2 week notice I was leaving I didn’t even get a hand shake. The turn around before I left was about 50 people since the new management in about a year and a half. It only has about 26 trucks including owner ops."

"Terry Siemens is the manager. His family owns kindersly transport, edge, triangle. He got run out of his own family’s company’s so that right there should let you know who you’d be dealing with."

Ever since I got that info, they have not stopped hiring, and are currently trying to pawn off their used company trucks as "affordable lease purchase units, become your own BOSS!".

I live close to their terminal in Calgary, and its pretty much dead these days. Pretty sad to see, as I enjoyed having them haul stuff for me in the past; before I got laid off from O&G. Still rock my Docktor Jacket and Hoodie.

    Jazz1 Thanks this.
