I applied to a few good companies that I heard other drivers talk good about. I honestly didn't think I would get a call back but lucky they all called back. I'm having a hard time deciding on where I want to go. What you guys think?

    Trimac

Genox, take it from a guy who' hauled alot from oil, chemicals, to fuel. Cryo is the best non back breaking gig on the tanker side.

It usually pays the carrier well and likely the driver too.
Most provide ppe and outerwear to drivers.
Most are safety oriented and won't force you to violations regs.
    May have regularly updated equip.
Even in a slow economy the customer still uses product.
Depends where you are but so many different stops you'll rarely run the same route.
You will visit many plants to pick up at and may have an opportunity to apply/work at another location. Or for a private.
Nice cool work on a warm day, not so much in the northern winters..lol
I'm sure there are more pros than cons.

    ChicagoJohn Thanks this.

Very clean work, don't have to worry about sucking down nasty vapors or handling nasty chemicals, the applications are endless. From small mom and pop welding shops, to huge food processing, tech, fabrication, military, refinery, aerospace, power plants etc...

Go take a good look around at there depot what kind of feeling/ vibe do you get and go with that these days most companies are pretty much the same just a different color on the hood.

I used to have to argue with drivers that had frozen the product pump on the O2 trailer. When I told them to get a bucket of water adn then need to remind then that cold tap water is several hundred degrees warmer than liquid O2 at -295 or so....

Pre-thanksgiving deliveries to new York turkey in Brooklyn was the source of multiple stories of crazed turkey employees forklifting parked cars out of our way, they used 3 loads of N2 a day for about a month and a half before the holiday....
