I’m thinking about buying a 2014 Pete 386 with a Paccar MX in it. When I test drove it everything rode pretty smooth on the surface streets at 45 mph. Alignment was off a bit and pulling to the right. When I entered the Interstate the whole cab began to vibrate some as I accelerated between 55-70 mph. I know tire issues could be the cause but since it ran smoothly at 45 mph it worries me. I know half of you want to simply say “run like you know what” from that Pete but I don’t have a ton of options unfortunately. If you were in a position where you had to buy used and the truck did what this one did would you be worried? Thanks all!

1993 KW T800. I’m not sugar coating anything cause I’ve really paid out my share or repair bills over the years. I bought it with 450k miles on it. Caterpillar engine, ive over hauled the engine twice since I’ve owned it at 14k each time. Detroit is a little cheaper with decent service.

Ride height, unbalanced tires, play in a u-joint/trans output/diff. Tell them it has to be fixed before you want to buy it.
BandBSowards28 Thanks this.
