HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Now to get a tire fix hard with USA? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

Blow out Drive Tire, No problem they sent out road Service. Flat on a trailer, Take it here a few blocks.. 2 tires flat on a trailer? Sent out road service. NO PROBLEMS.... Simply call breakdown done the trick, no argument or negative treatment received from them. Yes I would love to have all new tires, but It a wasit of money on the truck I am in, it should be retired soon. The tires are good enough.

Now I met one guy in the yard in Vandalia OH who having problems with his defosters, they was working on his truck, in fact sent it to a dealer to get worked on. Then I saw him again in Harrisburg PA at the T/A Shop. So yes they do take care of problems when you communicate with them.

My FM and I communicate alot. She says Go and I say either Aye Aye or sorry out of Hours, and she say OK. I caught up in snow and to dangerous to continue, caused me late to a receiver, was there a problem? No, I communicated with them. Have I and my FM butted heads? Yes, but it was doing Business.

Now this is my Opinion, and guess. Capital was amoung a group fired recently and now he out to attack the Company. Yes USA fired alot of drivers this week to be exact. 5 Trucks was turned in in Spartenburg, SC Tuesday. they were not fired cause of Truck Problems, but cause of LOG VIOLATIONS.

I had major problems with breakdown while I was at USA, sat waiting for 3 hours(took a shower too) while the TA and breakdown was having a P!$$ing contest over a flat trailer tire, had to call my FM and about 10 minutes later it was being fixed... my 1st Truck had 4 DOT Violations and I had went home for 5 days after coming off the trainer truck, came back to a dead battery truck and 4 DOT's, took 2 days to fix...had a breakdown in NorthEast Ohio was towed to Cleveland international dealer put up for the night in a hotel across the street, told the next morning "we are going to send a driver for you at noon to bring you to Vandaila, swap you in to another truck" got some of my stuff and waited at the dealer, about 4pm this guy shows up , I have my shower kit and 1 change of clothes and my laptop(they were sending right back from Vandy to grab my other things) get to Vandaila at almost 10 pm , no truck to swap to it is at a collision repair center in Columbus OH and won't be ready until the day after my old truck, took 2 hours to get authorized for a hotel room that night(bunk house was full) and trying to sort it out the next day(Sat. morning) went no where. I ended up calling a taxi going to the Dayton airport and renting a car and driving back up to get my stuff in Cleveland, the dealer was closed by the time I got there so I got a hotelroom , and went back Sunday, closed again , I was fuming and had every intention of getting my stuff and quitting there on the spot. My FM call early monday morning to aplogize about the whole deal about the truck not being ready, and "we'll get you from Vandaila back to get your stuff" , I informed him I was in Cleveland and when the dealership opened I was gettting my stuff and driving the rental car back to Michigan... Done with you all... man took then less the 5 minutes to pay for everything hotels, rental car, and offer me a new truck in Spartanburg SC "drive the rental car down there and pick it up tonight" I stayed with my old truck which was done the next day and got everything paid for... but it was the beginning of the end 6 months later is when Night Dispatch tried to get me to accept a late load and run it with 1 hr of drive time left at 4pm and the load delivered 1200 miles away at 7am the next morning, told me to just shut up and start driving, I quit there in West memphis got a rental and drove my stuff home, last I ever had to do with USA...

the truck I was given is one of the trucks that are about ready for out of service USA does not want to put alot of money into them. they try to just get by and get as many miles as possible out of them shop in ohio stated that to me.also a message on qualcom says about same thing.my answer to shop manager was so what., If you still want truck to be on the road it needs to be safe and servicable.
safty and dot was called in over alot of issues get things fixed.

as for logs. my logs never have had any violations., I have never been called on them. also I have been doted 4 times and logs were checked and had no issues.

as for attacking usa truck for being firred. you are full of it. I still have not been told anything about my job it is going through my attorny at this time.

I am happy for you that you have had a good time with usa but do not attack me
or try to say things that are not truth. and as far as other replies all I have stated in all posts apply to usa truck. not any other company or any other company drivers. only usa truck. there is alot of things not stated here just a small part has been told here. things said /done/filed /reports and statments taken. this was just tolet others know thing are not all good at usa as I was told.

Well rest assured when the guy came from the company with the cops to get your truck that means that you were fired.

You can have you attorney look into the fact that you called the dot and then not too long after that they came to get your truck.

You are protected by the whistle blower laws.

anytime , not all my experinces with USA were bad though, I had a great FM (3rd try, 2 before him sucked) and made some good money , got myself out of debt ($11,000) seen 43 out the 48 states, got my CDL paid for and got a check for almost $1100.00 that I had over paid at the end of that 1st year, I stayed for 2 years mostly because of the relationship I had with my FM we worked together really good, I left because of the nights/weekend dispatchers and I am glad I left when I did , on my terms, handed in the truck at their terminal and drove home in a Chrysler 300 :) Driving for NTB out of their Lansing terminal and I am in michigan now caught in the snow last night headed to HQ in Byron Center to drop and hook when I come off my break...

Nobody would go after you the way we are if you had worded it differently. By you USA is the Worst Company out there. I assure you they are not. I have worked for the worst. From Trucks that should been in the Junk Yard to those who refuse to get you home so you can get to the Doctor when your sick. I been terminated for refusing to Drive while on Medication that made me SLEEP. But I did not say that Company the worst. It was bad for me. So yes USA was bad for you, and not all are Lieing when they say they like USA and they are able to make USA work for them. Cause really USA not a bad Company. And yes they are cleaning house right now as Been stated. So if it cause of you being a whistle blower, or not cutting it who knows.

But what I seen of the little facts you mention, before you go and get another job driving, Get an Attitude Check on your self. Though the Truck may been OLD, with Problems, it still was making you money. I been trying to work out a deal for my own truck, a 1993 Pete. It Old and has it little problems but still a good truck. Do I like Internationals? No no room to store stuff. I am not one to live out of a suit case and these you basicly have to do that. That is my beef with them, but no reason to whine and say they are a bad Company, I am making money even when I do not get many miles, which will hapen with any company.

Do I plan on staying with USA till I retire? No, I have my own plans, in fact I maybe with them till the end of Jan or Feb as a Company driver, for it is then I plan on buying my own truck. I may and may not lease it on to USA for a time being.

Really I am sorry you had a bad start in the Industry, but only reason I spoke up is your wording and saying that USA is bad for everyone, you maybe but it not for everyone.

With the firings I am hearing about I look at it good for me, more loads for me to haul, but sad to hear so many are getting the axe.
