Need opinions on LTL company's

Central Tx. Already spoke with Estes but the P&D spot has been filled, as well as the Regional position.

 

Estes is expanding is why. They're opening up more lanes. I know Dallas and Houston are hot spots right now. Ran almost 3100 miles last week... Memphis to Houston non stop.

 

Old Dominion is overall the best LTL you can hire onto.

 

What's the top out?

 

$28/hr but it goes hirer every so often to star competitive.

 

I don't care about the local chump change. I wanna know linehaul and team TOP OUT!

 

OD Linehaul teams in the Chicago area pays around .70 cpm

 

What does solo linehaul pay?

Currently top rate is .6568 cpm for solo drivers in the Northeast. .6528 for all southern miles - and I'm assuming the same elsewhere in the country. Northeast (I believe) has the highest top rate. But the difference between .6568 and .6528 isn't worth even mentioning - the difference of a buck or two a day when comparing a similar run with the two pay scales.
