I saw a dude one time with his bunk light on in a parking lot of a truck stop. I noticed him because his 4 wheeler was parked outside his truck and his door was open. His truck was directly between me and the truck stop entrance and as I walked by I glanced up in there and the dude had the entire top bunk filled with cages full of rats.
That creeped me the hell out.

There are no chemical tanker companies that I know of that allow pets. I don't know about food service tanks.
