Schneider Using Fear Tactics Against Unions in Orientation

Sneider rejected me, cuz I have just 1 ticket,. I need error been in prison or manslaughter house lol, just one traffic accident I got, they can't get me a job I have CDL for. So I went with smaller comp. They pays me more than any o those giant corps,. I'm happy where I'm at atm, no way I'm driving again for giant corps like Snyder or swift or werener, small company calls me by my name and respect my cdl, so good luck yall truckers!

No I don't get your drift. Self employed so I get paid for my time, you help pay for my health insurance. And I don't have to get worry about not getting a job I am skilled at because some jerk has been in the union longer then me. When my knowledge and work ethic is better. I( don't have to worry about my hard earned money being used to support a "cause" I don't support.

Just your opinion, what makes you better than anybody else? If you're so skilled and successful why do you need assistance paying your health insurance?
