    The guys who should get the cudos are the guys loading the truck..definitely an art.
    Amount depends on whether there are any farm tires on board.
    You can spot tire loads...side of trailer is bulging...lol

    My regular route was from Terrell to little rock and the surrounding towns, then back to terrell again. 800 or so miles altogether. Then after that it was usually down to south Texas somewhere. The entire week I rarely drove over 1600 miles.

    You make more money per hour throwing tires than you get from the miles.

    I used to work for a tire wholesaler. The secret to unloading is to pick the right "kicker" tire. A p-series light truck tire that was heavy and firm enough to stay put, but with right flex in the sidewall and shoulder was a deadly combination for high speed ejection from the trailer...lol
