Depends on if you make good amount of money the more you make the more you keep ... but i would come for the jobs ... lot more action here plus medicine and food is cheaper in most of texas than other places like northeast and west coast... housing in midland area is pricey but most of texas out side big cities is affordable ... i would live in east texas and work here if I were doing it again... (that is what i did so im partial) ... if you find a company giving housing with the job TAKE it... housing out here is worth a fortune
